All items are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail. We aim to process and deliver items in stock within:-UK - 3 to 10 days -Overseas - 14 daysIf your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order, if you would rather not wait.
There is a standard delivery charge (per order):-UK - £3.00-Overseas - £5.00
We will happily refund or exchange any items that you are not completely satisfied with. Just return them to us, within 28 days of receipt, with proof of purchase.
If an item is returned as unwanted, please ensure that it is in an unused, re-saleable condition, in its original display packaging and has the ticketing attached, where relevant.
If the item we deliver is faulty, you are legally entitled to a full refund but you must report it to us within 28 days of receipt.
If you wish to return anything to us, please obtain a proof of postage certificate, which is free on request, from the post office.
We do not pay for the cost of return postage but re-orders will be delivered free.
